Response Time

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Breathalyzer Testing (AT800)

  1. Allow Decraver permissions for Bluetooth and Video/Camera.
  2. Press and hold the AT800 power button to turn it on and enter pairing mode.
  3. Open Decraver and press Connect in the app UI.
  4. If your device already auto-connects, you may not need to press Connect manually.

If connection fails:

  • Turn Bluetooth off/on
  • Restart the AT800
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Stay close to the device during pairing

Delete Account

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to General
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

If you can’t access your account, email support@decraver.com.

Invite a Therapist

  1. Go to your profile or therapy/support section in Decraver.
  2. Select Invite Therapist.
  3. Enter your therapist’s email and send the invite.
  4. Your therapist will receive instructions to connect with your account.
