Response Time
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Breathalyzer Testing (AT800)
- Allow Decraver permissions for Bluetooth and Video/Camera.
- Press and hold the AT800 power button to turn it on and enter pairing mode.
- Open Decraver and press Connect in the app UI.
- If your device already auto-connects, you may not need to press Connect manually.
If connection fails:
- Turn Bluetooth off/on
- Restart the AT800
- Close and reopen the app
- Stay close to the device during pairing
Delete Account
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Settings
- Go to General
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
If you can’t access your account, email support@decraver.com.
Invite a Therapist
- Go to your profile or therapy/support section in Decraver.
- Select Invite Therapist.
- Enter your therapist’s email and send the invite.
- Your therapist will receive instructions to connect with your account.
If you can’t find the option, email support@decraver.com.
